Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.

The claim can be submitted through the CLAIMS FORM of the Barcelona Provincial Council, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
