New arrivals

In this tab you can see the last items that have recently been acquired during the last 30 days in the library, grouped by thematic categories.

• If no updates for a category during the last 30 days, this category will not be shown.

• Categories are ordered from the most to the least amount of new arrivals existing in the category, so the first category is the one with the most updated in that period in the library.

Cover and title are shown for each new title. By clicking on this information, the detailed information of the new item is shown: cover, title, author, type of material, publication, and signature.

• You can also see the availability of the last acquired titles:

- If the new item is available in the library, the “Disponible” label will be displayed.

- If the new item is not available in the library but is available in other XBM libraries, the label “Disponible en una altra biblioteca” will be displayed.

- If the new item is available in the library or in another library, the label "Check availability in other libraries" will be displayed.

- If the new item is not available in the library or in any other XBM library, the label “No disponible” will be displayed.

• If there are other titles by the same author in the library, the list of titles will be displayed.


The most borrowed the XBM

In this tab you can see the most borrowed documents from the XBM libraries during the previous month grouped by 14 thematic categories arranged alphabetically: Adult comics, children's comics, children's stories from 0 to 5, children's stories from 6 to 9, children's stories from 10 to 12, music, non-fiction, novel, foreign novel, juvenile novel, adult films, children's films, poetry, and magazines.

For each loaned document, the cover, and title are shown. Clicking on this information shows the detailed information of the borrower: cover, title, author, type of material, publication, and call number You can also see the availability of the most borrowed:

  • If the most borrowed item is available in the library, the “Disponible ”label will be displayed
  • If the most borrowed item is not available in the library, either because it is currently on loan or because the library does not have this document in its collection, but if it is available in other XBM libraries, the label “Disponible en una altra biblioteca” will be displayed.
  • If the most borrowed item is available in the library or in another library, the label "Check availability in other libraries" will be displayed.
  • if the most borrowed item is not available in the library, either because it is currently on loan or because the library does not have this document in its collection, nor in any other XBM library, the label will be displayed “No disponible”.

If there are other titles by the same author in the library, the list of titles will be displayed.

 

Recommendations

In this tab you can see the document recommendations made by librarians during the last 30 days in the library grouped by subject categories. If there are no recommendations for a category during the last 30 days, that category is not shown.

The categories are ordered alphabetically.

For each recommendation, the cover, and title are displayed and clicking on this information displays the detailed information of the recommendation: cover, title, author, type of material, publication, and call number. You can also see the availability of the recommendation:

  • If the recommendation is available in the library, the label “Disponible” will be displayed
  • If the recommendation is not available in the library - either because it is currently on loan or because the library does not have this item in its collection - but if it is available in other XBM libraries, the label “Disponible en una altra biblioteca”. will be displayed.
  • If the recommendation is available in the library or in another library, the label "Check availability in other libraries" will be displayed.
  • If the recommendation is not available in the library - either because it is currently on loan or because the library does not have this document in its collection - or in any other XBM library, the label“No disponible” will be displayed ".

A text with the recommendation made by an XBM library is also shown.

If there are other titles by the same author in the library, the list of titles will be displayed.

Recently returned 

In this tab you can see the last items that have Ben recently returned to the library.  The screen can display up to sixty items recently returned. The information is uploaded every fifty minutes, 

For each item recently returned, the cover, and title are displayed and clicking on this information displays the detailed information of the item: cover, title, author, type of material and publication. You can also see the availability of the item:

  •  If  it is available in the library, the “Disponible” label will be displayed.
  •  If it is not available in the library but is available in other XBM libraries, the label “Disponible en una altra biblioteca” will be displayed.
  •  If it is available in the library or in another library, the label "Check availability in other libraries" will be displayed.
  •  If it is not available in the library or in any other XBM library, the label “No disponible” will be displayed.

If there are other titles by the same author in the library, the list of titles will be displayed.
